  • Gateway: at-most-once past 120 s, ordered at-least-once within it.
  • Interactions: signed POST, 3 s ack, one retry in-window.
  • REST: route buckets with machine-readable headers.

Deliberate omission

  • No bulk history endpoint; bots page through rate-limited requests (ADR-09).
